Firefox Add On -> Adblock Plus

Install Adblock Plus on the Portable Firefox that you provide to your students. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The first picture has red boxes to highlight the advertising. The second image shows Dictionary.com with Adblock Plus enabled.

Now… with Adblock Plus enabled… you can once again use the site without embarrassment.
